Matthew Becker, MSW, LMSW
I work with individuals and couples using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
In my previous job, I spend 19 years working with individuals in some of their most vulnerable seasons of life. That experience led me to decide to become a mental health therapist. It is a sacred act for me to create a safe, trusting relationship with you and an accepting environment where you can be fully yourself. I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach; I meet my clients where they are in their personal healing journey and am happy to incorporate faith into our work if it is important to the client.
Specialty areas: generalized anxiety disorder, codependency, romantic relationships, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, peer relationships, personal growth, low self-esteem, stress, trauma & PTSD, and work-life balance.
I have immediate openings, and new clients are welcome. We accept Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and private pay. I offer free 15-minute phone/video consultations to ensure we fit well.
Matthew works under the supervision of Megan Wych, MS, LMHC.
