Individual Therapy
At Seva, we have over 40 combined years of experience working with adults, children, and everyone in between.
Individual therapy is offered virtually via telehealth or in-person at our offices. In the first appointment, we gather background information and establish a plan of care. The recommended frequency of your services is based on your symptoms, clinical needs, and presenting issues.
Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit for you. We accept new clients and usually offer an appointment within one week.
Couples Therapy
We assist couples in cultivating fulfilling relationships. Relationships are integral to who we are as people. Our clinicians are trained in various techniques, engage in ongoing education and learning opportunities, and participate in and facilitate ongoing consultation. Couples counseling may involve marriage counseling, premarital counseling, and counseling for dating partners and/or living together.
Therapy for Teens and Adolescents
Young people face unique challenges and work tirelessly to understand their identity and purpose in this world.
With more than two decades of cumulative experience, Seva clinicians are dedicated to ongoing learning, collaboration, and engagement with our communities, specific to working with you and families.
Our trained clinicians use evidenced based treatments for all presenting issues and work to provide education, treatment, and guidance for individuals and families. We commit to offering judgment free space and we strive to openly collaborate with families as we understand the unique developmental and psychosocial needs of your youth.
Evidence-Based Treatment for OCD and Anxiety Disorders
At Seva, it is our goal to partner with our clients to overcome the debilitating effects of anxiety, doubt, and uncertainty. This is why we provide Evidence-Based treatments for Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders.
Evidence-Based Treatments are approaches to therapy that are backed by strong support from years of research.
Facing our fears can be scary and painful. Our providers understand that people come to therapy with varying levels of readiness to face challenges, and we tailor our approach to treatment with consideration to each individual’s readiness and willingness to engage treatment. Training, Classes, and Workshops
To provide exceptional service, we prioritize learning, collaboration, consultation, and ongoing training.
Each Seva clinician receives ongoing supervision and training throughout their employment, regardless of licensure or years in practice. Our training focuses on evidence-based treatments to ensure clinicians have the most effective tools when helping clients.
We also host trainings and invite other organizations, groups, or clinicians to learn with us.
