Addison Malinski, MSW, LMSW

As a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to accept uncertainty, foster greater self-compassion, and create long-lasting change. I have experience working with adolescents and adults to address a variety of presenting concerns, with an emphasis on treating Anxiety Disorders and OCD.

I help clients using evidence-based treatments and behaviorally focused modalities. I believe that our greatest gift as therapists is the opportunity to hold hope for our clients' futures. I value this gift by prioritizing flexibility and authenticity in my therapeutic approach.

I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure-Based Therapies, including Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

Specialties: OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias, and exposure treatments.

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to ensure we are a good fit.

Addison is accepting new clients. Seva accepts Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and self-pay.
