Jasey Rebarcak, MA, LMHC

I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Drake University and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Iowa State University. I have experience working with diverse populations and most commonly work with adults on issues related to life transitions, depression and mood, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and relationship issues.

Utilizing a trauma-sensitive, collaborative, and validating approach to therapy, I determine which methods may best suit my clients depending on their individual needs. I incorporate a variety of modalities, including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I see therapy as a safe space to explore, learn, and heal to live a more secure and connected life.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call or virtual appointment so you can decide if we are a good fit.

Seva welcomes new clients and accepts Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and self-pay.
